We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe Capital Project Control Analyst provides support for our Central Engineering Project Teams in the administration of cost control reporting and document processing.--You will also support the Local Engineering Teams at multiple factory sites in the administration of the capital program. In this role, you will assist and coordinate with various groups both in and outside of engineering to support the capital plan and ensure accuracy is reported to leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Cost control reporting--
  • Work with project managers to download cost data from the Simplot accounting system and import into cost control reports.-- Work with the project managers to organize the numbers to ensure accurate cost control reporting on projects.
  • Project documentation--
    • Work with project teams to support project documentation on large capital projects. Documentation will include the generation of requisitions for purchase orders and change order routing.
    • Invoice processing
      • Work with the project managers to evaluate invoices for accuracy, process in the Enterprise Management System, and store them for future reference.
      • Capital Project submittals,--forecasting and budgeting--
        • Work with engineers and project managers to submit capital projects in the Simplot ERP system, forecast projects and provide organizational support for developing the short and long-range capital plan.
        • SAC subject matter expert--
          • Work as the subject matter expert on the capital software system that Simplot utilizes for project submittal, budgeting, and forecasting.-- Work with the Global engineering team to ensure accurate inputs into the system by facilitating monthly actual loads and forecast archives. Typical EducationBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience3+ years related experience and/or trainingOther InformationGeneral experience in utilizing computer software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel.-- Experience with SAP is a plus.-- Must be comfortable with managing and manipulating data.--Job Requisition ID:--20455Travel Required:--Less than 10%Location(s):--Simplot Headquarters - Boise--Country:--United States**The J.R.
