Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 18:00-06:00, Night Shift (Three 12-hour shifts per week covering every other weekend) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required License: Respiratory Therapist License Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Must-Have: - Experience in respiratory therapy - Flexibility in schedule Job Description: - Responsible for providing respiratory care and support to patients in ICU, med-surg, and emergency departments based on hospital census. - Operate and manage equipment such as AVEA vents and Hamilton C1. - Utilize the Meditech Electronic Medical Records system for documentation and patient management. - Follow the dress code of army green scrubs. - Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed. - Ensure adherence to all protocols and procedures for respiratory therapy within the hospital setting. - Work collaboratively with fellow respiratory therapists, particularly on night shifts which may involve solo coverage depending on patient census.
