Primary Purpose

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for United Site Services. This role involves leading the recruitment team, elevating all recruitment processes, and delivering talent to meet our ever-changing business demands. Additionally, this leader will ensure adherence to compliance and regulations while ensuring our hyper-growth organization attracts and hires the right talent, at the right time, for the right roles.

Essential Functions

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develops and executes a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and growth objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manages, mentors, and leads the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance, high-engagement team culture. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Develop a talent structure that provides career ladder progression and professional development for strong key players.
• Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluates, enhances, and elevates the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Take a proactive approach to adjust recruiting workflow when state/federal regulations require process modifications.
• Employer Branding: Working with the marketing department, develops and maintains the organization's employer brand, creating a compelling narrative to attract top talent, and promotes the company as an employer of choice.
• Technology and Tools: Stays current on recruitment technology trends and implements innovative tools and software to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
• Budget Management: Develops and manages the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes and talent outcomes.
• Vendor Management: Oversees relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendors, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and values.
• Compliance: Ensures all recruitment practices and processes adhere to legal and ethical standards, including anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity laws.
  
  Qualifications
  
  EDUCATION
  
  Min/Preferred Education Level Description: 4 Years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  
  EXPERIENCE
  
  Minimum Years of Experience:10 Years.
  
  Experience with exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  
  Experience working within matrixed, corporate environments, with at least five (5) years leading a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  
  Experience recruiting CDL drivers or leading teams that recruit CDL drivers.

      At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
      
      Salary Range
      
      $157,100.00 - $185,000.00 / year
