We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThis role provides financial guidance, expertise, and recommendations to Simplot Plant Sciences and the Global Services business for operational budget and planning financial decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of data modeling, analysis, communication, and collaboration to translate business needs into actionable plans and drive performance improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesData Modeling and Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Review and capture financial terms from 3rd party contracts and agreements to support decision makers.
• Develop and maintain business case models, data analysis, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders.Process Improvement and Reporting
  • Assist with strategic operational management tasks, including data analysis, reporting, capital expense, and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and achieve project goals.
  • Develop and optimize processes to improve the timing, review, and reliability of financial information.Communication and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business stakeholders including 3rd party growers, processors, and strategic partners.
    • Effectively communicate complex data and analysis clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
    • Actively participate in meetings and presentations, providing valuable insights, and recommendations to Simplot Plant Sciences leadership.Typical Education
    • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) Accounting of Finance from 4 year college or university.--
    • MBA or master's in finance or related field preferred.Relevant Experience
    • 5+ years related experience and/or training.--
    • The role requires pro---ciency in ---nancial modeling techniques and principles, the ability to identify and accurately assess internal and external business risks, and exceptional communication skills.
